The Process (Still Images)

Based on the inputs provided, our team offers a competitive cost proposal apart from the time frame required to execute the project.

3D Modeling:

A 3D model of the building or space is created using specialized softwares. This model is a digital representation of the structure, including its geometry, materials, and textures.

Texturing and Materials:

Realistic textures and materials are applied to the 3D model to enhance its visual appeal and realism.

This includes simulating the appearance of materials like wood, concrete, glass, and metal.

Lighting and Camera Placement:

Lighting is set up to simulate how light would behave in the real world, including shadows, reflections, and refractions.

Camera angles and perspectives are carefully chosen to capture the desired view of the building or space.

Rendering:

The 3D model, textures, materials, and lighting are combined to generate an image or animation using rendering software.

Post-Production and Refinement:

The rendered image is further refined through post-processing techniques to enhance its quality and appearance.

Delivery and Client Feedback:

Initially a test render is sent for any feedback for adjustments or changes to the rendering. Once all the inputs are integrated, a final rendered image is delivered to the client.

Define the walkthrough path and create a scratch preview to be shared with the client.

Approval of Preview and colored still test renders

On approval of the Black & White Preview, Coloured Still test renders are shared of each area to give an idea of the colour scheme, materials used, plantation, lighting etc.

Rendering and Post-Production:

Render the animated walkthrough into a video format, ensuring high-quality visuals.

Perform post-production adjustments, such as color correction and sound effects.
